Clear guidance from account connection to publishing.

Use these public instructions to understand authorization, synchronization, data freshness, publishing review, scheduling, account disconnection, and data deletion.

01

Create a Langyan Growth workspace

Choose Start Free, create your account, and verify your work email. Your workspace is separate from other customers and teams.

02

Connect a TikTok account

Open TikTok accounts, choose Authorize TikTok account, and complete TikTok's authorization flow. Review the requested permissions before approving access.

03

Review account authorization

The account page shows whether an account is active, requires reauthorization, or has an authorization error. Publishing is available only when the selected account is ready.

04

Synchronize account information

Request synchronization from the account or data page. The request enters background processing; the interface updates after processing is complete.

05

Understand data freshness

Account statistics, trends, and recent public-video information are cached from the latest successful synchronization and are not presented as real-time data.

06

Review account and content insights

Use TikTok accounts for account-level details and Data center for available account trends and recent public-video performance.

07

Upload and preview a video

Open Create post and upload one video you own or are authorized to use. Play the final preview and confirm the file details.

08

Review privacy and interaction settings

Select an available privacy option manually. Review comments, Duet, Stitch, commercial-content, AIGC, and related controls where supported.

09

Publish now or schedule

After the final review and required confirmation, choose immediate publication or a supported scheduled time.

10

Cancel a scheduled post

Open Publishing history and cancel the scheduled post before submission begins. A post can no longer be canceled through Langyan Growth after submission has started.

11

Understand publishing status

Submission means the request was sent. Processing means TikTok is handling it. Completed and failed states include the available result information.

12

Disconnect a TikTok account

Open TikTok accounts, select the account, and choose Disconnect. You can also remove the application's access from your TikTok settings.

13

Delete workspace data

Email contact@langyangrowth.com from an address we can use to verify your request. Include your username and request workspace deletion; never include passwords or tokens.
