Langyan Growth is operated by Beijing Siyi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or the "Company"). We respect the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, transfer, and protect information when you use the Langyan Growth website, workspace, TikTok authorization, video upload, content review, publishing, and data features.

Langyan Growth is an independent service. It is not part of TikTok and is not operated or endorsed by TikTok.

This Policy applies when independent creators, brands, agencies, and other external business users access the Langyan Growth public website, workspace, TikTok authorization flow, video upload, content publishing, support, and data features.

When you leave Langyan Growth for TikTok or another third-party service, that third party processes information under its own privacy policy. Please review the applicable third-party terms and policies.

We collect only information reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the service. This may include:

Account and workspace information: username, display name, securely hashed password, account role, subscription or trial status, and workspace configuration.

Contact information: name, work email, company or creator name, intended use case, and messages submitted through our contact or support channels.

TikTok authorization information: Open ID, nickname, display name, authorization status, granted scopes, and encrypted access and refresh tokens.

TikTok profile information: for a TikTok account that you actively connect and authorize, username, profile image, biography, profile link, and verification status, when the approved permissions make those fields available.

TikTok account statistics: for an actively authorized account, follower count, following count, total likes count, and public video count, when the approved permissions make those fields available.

Video and content information: video files you upload, file name, format, size, duration, resolution, storage location, title, and other content details you provide.

Publishing settings: privacy selection, comment, Duet, Stitch, commercial-content disclosure, AIGC disclosure, publishing time, and the connected account selected by the user.

Task and log information: submission and processing status, TikTok Publish ID, Request ID, failure reason, and interface records needed for troubleshooting and audit purposes.

Public video information: when you enable the relevant feature, public video identifier, title, link, cover image, duration, publication time, and available views, likes, comments, and shares for the authorized account.

Security and technical information: login time, IP address, browser, device and network request logs, error records, and necessary session cookies.

We do not ask for or collect your TikTok password. We do not collect contacts, precise location, biometric information, or unrelated device data for the current service.

We use TikTok permissions only after you initiate authorization and approve the requested access on TikTok's authorization page.

user.info.basic is used to identify and display the TikTok account and creator information you select.

user.info.profile is used to display the authorized account's username, biography, TikTok profile link, and verification status on the TikTok accounts page and account details page.

user.info.stats is used to display the authorized account's followers, following, total likes, and public video count and to calculate account trends from snapshots collected after connection.

video.publish is used to submit the video and publishing settings that you review and explicitly confirm for the connected TikTok account.

video.list is used, when enabled by the user, to display recent public videos and available views, likes, comments, and shares for the authorized account.

Profile, statistics, and public video data are read only for TikTok accounts that a Langyan Growth user actively connects and authorizes. We do not read developer-team accounts, unconnected accounts, or other unauthorized TikTok accounts.

Account analytics are not presented as real-time data. Langyan Growth periodically refreshes the authorized account's cached profile, current statistics, recent public-video metrics, and daily trend snapshots, and displays the most recent synchronization time.

We do not publish content or change publishing settings without the user initiating the relevant workflow and providing the required confirmation. We do not sell TikTok user data or use it to build advertising profiles.

We use information to create, verify, and protect user accounts and separate workspaces; connect TikTok accounts and maintain authorization status; display the correct creator profile and current account statistics; provide account-level analytics and trends based on stored daily snapshots; display recent public-video performance; validate videos and user-selected settings; submit immediate or scheduled posts after review and confirmation; display progress, results, and available failure information; provide support; prevent misuse; investigate faults; maintain necessary audit records; improve reliability; and comply with applicable law or platform obligations.

Langyan Growth uses necessary cookies and similar storage to maintain login sessions, verify access rights, remember essential preferences, and protect account security. Refusing or deleting necessary cookies may require you to sign in again or may prevent authenticated features from working. We do not use these necessary cookies for cross-site advertising tracking.

We do not sell personal information or TikTok user data. We process or share information only within the minimum scope necessary to provide and protect the service.

TikTok processes information for account authorization, creator information, content submission, status queries, and public video features selected by the user.

Tencent Cloud provides infrastructure services such as servers, databases, logs, and object storage.

We may provide necessary information to regulators, courts, law enforcement, or administrative authorities when legally required or when necessary to protect users and legitimate rights.

TikTok and cloud infrastructure may process information in a country or region different from your own. When cross-border processing occurs, we apply reasonable safeguards and follow applicable legal requirements and data-minimization principles.

Videos uploaded to object storage normally enter the cleanup process after three days. A video associated with a pending, scheduled, or active task enters the three-day cleanup period after the task ends.

TikTok access and refresh tokens are encrypted while an account remains connected. When you disconnect an account, Langyan Growth requests revocation where supported, removes locally stored authorization credentials, stops future data synchronization, and deletes the cached profile, current statistics, daily trend snapshots, and public-video metrics associated with that connection. You may also revoke access directly through TikTok.

Cached TikTok profile information, account statistics, trend snapshots, and public-video metrics are retained only while needed to provide the selected data feature or until the account is disconnected or a valid deletion request is completed. These analytics features do not extend the retention periods otherwise described in this Policy.

Publishing history, request identifiers, and necessary operational logs are retained only as long as needed for traceability, security, troubleshooting, audits, legal compliance, or platform obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, copying, export, restriction, or deletion of relevant information. You may withdraw TikTok authorization, disconnect a connected account, or request deletion of your entire workspace. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.

Send requests from an email address that can be used to verify you to contact@langyangrowth.com. To protect accounts and data, we may ask for information necessary to verify your identity and authority over the relevant workspace or connected account.

We use HTTPS, secure password hashing, encryption for TikTok credentials, access controls, workspace data separation, logging, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your sign-in credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

If a security incident may materially affect your rights, we will take appropriate remedial action and provide notice as required by applicable law.

Langyan Growth is intended primarily for creators and business users with legal capacity to enter an agreement. A minor may use the service only with the direction and valid consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that a minor's personal information was collected without required consent, we will delete it or take other legally required action.

We may update this Policy when our features, TikTok integration, security practices, or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version, effective date, and any material notice on this page or through another reasonable channel. We will request renewed consent where required by law.
