Welcome to Langyan Growth. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Langyan Growth website, software, workspace, account authorization workflow, content operations tools, publishing coordination features, support channels, and related services.

Before using Langyan Growth, please read these terms carefully. By requesting access, creating an account, logging in, connecting a TikTok account, submitting content tasks, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Langyan Growth provides a request-based operations workspace for teams that manage TikTok content workflows. The service may include account grouping, authorized account connection, content task management, review coordination, scheduled publishing support, publishing status visibility, connected account context, data request paths, and customer support.

We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue part of the service from time to time for security, compliance, operational, technical, or business reasons. Some functions may require approval, subscription, additional verification, or acceptance of additional terms.

Access to Langyan Growth may be provided by request, invitation, or approved subscription. You must provide accurate, lawful, and current registration or contact information, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that any team member, contractor, or collaborator using the workspace has proper authority to act on behalf of your organization. You may not transfer, rent, sell, share, or permit unauthorized use of your Langyan Growth account.

We may review access requests and may approve, reject, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or workspace access when necessary to protect users, the service, third-party platform requirements, legal compliance, or account security.

Langyan Growth may integrate with TikTok through TikTok developer products, including user-authorized login, authorized content publishing workflows, and connected account visibility. You must only connect TikTok accounts that you own, control, or are authorized to manage.

If you authorize a TikTok account through Langyan Growth, you also agree to comply with TikTok's applicable terms, policies, developer rules, and community requirements, including the TikTok Terms of Service at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/row/terms-of-service/en.

Langyan Growth is an independent service. We are not operated by TikTok and do not claim endorsement by TikTok. Your use of TikTok accounts, content, data, and platform features remains subject to TikTok's own rules.

You must use Langyan Growth in a lawful, secure, and responsible manner. You may not interfere with the service, probe or test systems without permission, introduce malicious code, attempt to obtain unauthorized data, impersonate others, misrepresent authorization, or use the service in a way that harms Langyan Growth, TikTok, other users, or third parties.

You may not use Langyan Growth to publish, coordinate, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, harmful to minors, misleading, spam-like, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law, TikTok policies, or our service requirements.

If we reasonably believe that your activity violates these terms, applicable law, platform requirements, or the rights of others, we may remove or reject content tasks, limit functions, suspend access, preserve records, cooperate with lawful requests, or terminate the service.

You retain ownership of content that you upload, submit, import, schedule, or manage through Langyan Growth, subject to the rights of original owners and licensors. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, clearances, and authorizations necessary to use and publish such content.

You grant Langyan Growth a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use your submitted content and related metadata only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the service.

Langyan Growth owns or licenses the software, workflow design, website, interface, documentation, brand assets, and other materials we provide. Except as expressly allowed by us, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, mirror, scrape, or commercially exploit Langyan Growth materials or service data.

We process personal information and connected account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Depending on the functions you use, this may include contact information, workspace information, TikTok profile information, public video metadata, publishing task metadata, authorization tokens, support messages, and technical logs.

You are responsible for ensuring that your team members and connected account owners understand how Langyan Growth is used in your organization. You may request account disconnection, authorization revocation support, or data deletion through our contact page.

Certain Langyan Growth functions may be free, trial-based, subscription-based, or available only through approved paid plans. Plan limits, account capacity, user seats, publishing features, data functions, support level, and billing cycles may vary by plan.

If you upgrade a subscription or add paid features during a billing period, fees may be calculated based on the remaining period or charged according to the applicable order terms. Downgrading or removing features may reduce account capacity, functionality, or stored workspace access, and unused prepaid fees may not be refundable unless required by law or expressly stated by us.

We may change subscription fees or plan features from time to time. When required, we will provide notice before material fee changes take effect. Cancellation requests may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the applicable order or required by law.

Langyan Growth is provided based on currently available technology and operating conditions. We work to maintain service continuity and security, but interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network issues, third-party platform changes, security events, legal requirements, force majeure, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

We may change, suspend, limit, or terminate all or part of the service when needed for security, compliance, platform requirements, product operations, or business reasons. We are not responsible for losses caused by service interruption or termination except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Langyan Growth is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, be error-free, or produce any specific traffic, revenue, approval, ranking, publishing, or account outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing content, account authorization, publishing intent, and platform compliance before using Langyan Growth. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Langyan Growth for the service giving rise to the claim during the relevant subscription period, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

Langyan Growth is intended for business and professional use. If you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Organizations must ensure that their use of the service complies with laws protecting minors.

We may revise these terms because of product changes, legal requirements, security needs, or operational updates. The latest version will be posted on our website, and continued use of Langyan Growth after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
