Terms of Service

Effective date: July 22, 2026

01

Introduction

Welcome to Langyan Growth. Langyan Growth is operated by Beijing Siyi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or the "Company") and provides TikTok content review and publishing services to independent creators, brands, agencies, and other external business users.

By creating an account, accessing a workspace, connecting a TikTok account, or using a feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Langyan Growth is an independent service. It is not part of TikTok and is not operated or endorsed by TikTok.

02

1. Services

Langyan Growth provides a web-based workspace for authorized TikTok account information, public-content insights, content review, and publishing. A user may connect a TikTok account they own or are authorized to manage, view the available account profile and current statistics, request synchronization of recent public-video information, upload a video, review the final content and creator information, choose available publishing settings, explicitly confirm an immediate or scheduled submission, and view the resulting status.

Specific features, data fields, synchronization frequency, trial periods, storage, plan limits, and availability are determined by the current product interface, the applicable order, granted authorization scopes, and TikTok's available capabilities.

03

2. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate, lawful, and current information and protect your username, password, and sign-in device. Actions completed through your account are treated as actions by you or a person you authorized.

If you act for a brand, agency, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share a Langyan Growth account with an unauthorized person.

Contact us promptly and update your credentials if you suspect account theft or unauthorized access.

04

3. TikTok account authorization

You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or have lawful authority to manage. TikTok's authorization page displays the requested permissions. You may decline authorization or disconnect the account through Langyan Growth and TikTok settings.

Langyan Growth uses user.info.basic to identify and display the selected account; user.info.profile to display the available username, biography, profile link, profile image, and verification status; user.info.stats to display available followers, following, total likes, and public-video totals and to calculate trends from synchronization snapshots collected after connection; video.list to display available recent public videos and their public metrics; and video.publish to submit a post and settings that the user reviewed and explicitly confirmed.

Authorization does not permit Langyan Growth to operate unrelated accounts, access unconnected accounts, invent historical statistics, publish unrelated content, or change publishing settings without the user's selected workflow and confirmation.

05

4. Publishing settings and user confirmation

You are responsible for selecting the video, title, connected TikTok account, privacy setting, comments, Duet, Stitch, commercial-content disclosure, AIGC disclosure, and publishing time for each post. Before submission, you must review the creator information, final video preview, and all available settings and then provide explicit confirmation.

TikTok may process, review, delay, restrict, reject, or remove content after submission. A successful API request does not mean that content will be immediately public, remain visible, or receive any particular reach or result.

06

5. User content and rights

You are solely responsible for every video, audio recording, title, trademark, likeness, personal information, and other material you upload or publish. You must own the content or have all permissions, licenses, releases, and consents required to use, modify, copy, distribute, publish, and commercially exploit it.

You may not copy, scrape, transfer, or publish arbitrary third-party content without authorization. You may not remove copyright notices or ownership information or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, music, or other rights.

07

6. Platform rules and legal compliance

You must comply with applicable law, TikTok Community Guidelines, Content Posting API requirements, music usage rules, commercial-content policies, and any other rules applicable to your account and content.

Commercial content and AI-generated content must be disclosed accurately where required. You may not provide false settings or use Langyan Growth to circumvent TikTok review, privacy choices, publishing frequency limits, account restrictions, or security controls.

08

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Langyan Growth to publish illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized content; impersonate another person; misrepresent account ownership, content ownership, authorization, or publishing intent; probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another workspace; circumvent technical limits, authorization requirements, TikTok controls, or security measures; manipulate engagement or perform unauthorized automated content submission; or resell or provide the service to another party without our written consent.

09

8. Trial, plans, fees, and refunds

The free trial lasts seven days unless the product interface states otherwise and does not require a payment method to begin. Trial and plan limits are shown in the workspace and on the applicable pricing page.

If paid services are available, price, billing period, tax, cancellation, and refund conditions are shown during purchase or in a written order. No refund right is promised unless it is stated in the applicable purchase terms or required by law.

10

9. Third-party services

The service depends on TikTok and cloud infrastructure providers. We do not control third-party availability, rules, API changes, content decisions, account action, or platform limits. Your relationship with TikTok and other third parties remains your responsibility.

11

10. Intellectual property

The Langyan Growth website, software, interface, trademarks, documentation, and technology are owned by Beijing Siyi Technology Co., Ltd. or the applicable rights holder. These Terms do not transfer those rights.

You retain your rights in content you lawfully upload and grant us only the limited permission necessary to process that content for the features you select.

12

11. Service availability and changes

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature for security, compliance, legal, TikTok platform, technical, operational, or business reasons and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.

13

12. Account restrictions and termination

We may limit a feature, suspend access, or terminate an account if a user violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, creates a security or legal risk, exceeds an applicable trial or plan limit, or puts the TikTok integration at risk. You may stop using the service and request workspace deletion under the Privacy Policy.

14

13. Disclaimers and liability

You are responsible for your account, content, authorization, disclosures, and publishing decisions. TikTok determines content processing, review, publication, visibility, platform limits, and account outcomes. Langyan Growth does not guarantee traffic, approval, ranking, revenue, publication, or account performance.

To the extent permitted by law, Langyan Growth is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We are not liable beyond the extent required by applicable law for losses caused by user content, third-party platform action, network failure, force majeure, a violation of these Terms, or unauthorized account use.

15

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, TikTok integration, security practices, or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version and effective date on this page or provide another reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a material change, stop using the affected service.
